Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 2 weeks after receiving your item to request a return. The item be in the same condition that you received it, unused.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products and special orders.

To request a return, you can contact us at becca@seceramics.com. If your return is accepted, you can ship your item to the address provided, and we'll refund the value of your ceramics once we've have received them. Ceramics must arrive unbroken.

Please allow one week for your return to be processed once we receive your shipment.

Damaged or Defective Ceramics

If you received the wrong item or quantity, please let us know as soon as possible so we can solve the issue. If any items appear damaged or defective, we appreciate you letting us know, as we care deeply about quality.

Please keep in mind that these items are all made by hand, one at a time. Each piece has some degree of imperfection and uniqueness that you won’t find in mass produced ceramics. We try our best to portray our ceramics accurately and honestly in our images and descriptions.
